PSF Production line takes PET bottle flake as raw material and produce PET fiber.
Raw Material: PET chips, PET bottle flake, lump, pop corn material, waste textile etc.
Production capacity: 20T/d -100T/d single line

The PSF production line mainly has two types:
1. Polyester staple fiber (PSF) production line( could produce wool fiber, cotton fiber etc): raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)¡ª melt in high temperature¡ª spinning into fiber¡ª drawing¡ª crimping¡ªheat setting¡ª cutting¡ª solid fiber
2. polyester staple fiber flexible production line ( could produce both solid fiber and hollow fiber) :
raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)¡ª melt in high temperature¡ª spinning into fiber¡ª drawing¡ªcrimping¡ªheat setting¡ª cutting¡ª solid fiber
